Good location and good for your money

It was a good location, had a kitchen so we could cook stuff and avoid going out every day and the views were breathtaking.

Very much a holiday hotel where everyone can see you from your balcony but nothing we weren’t aware off :)

The room was great value for money. We had almost everything in the apartment what we needed. It was spacious enough for us as a couple. Beds were comfortable. The pool area is well maintained and very clean. The view from the balcony deserves 5 stars.

The rooms could do with an update and decoration as furnitures were dated a little bit . A microwave oven would be a bonus.

Location great, very friendly staff. Cooked our own food mostly, but lunch at the bar was very nice. The rooms, and pool area were spotless. Would recommend sea view, as its beautiful, looking out. Not too far from the beach, short cut, around the back of the buildings. Large supermarket across the road, and some lovely restaurants near by

Plugs, or lack of. Plug in kitchen is of no use, as on wrong wall, and leads won't reach. Had to plug kettle, and toaster in the 1 plug, in the sitting room/ dining room, not ideal. The keys are very big, and old-fashioned, and only one, so if one person goes out, the other has no electricity or can't leave, until the other person comes back. Other than that, everything is great. Our 3rd time there, and we will be back.

4 nights stay in a comfy bed didn’t spend much time in the hotel

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly beds were very comfortable the views were magnificent upgraded to see view when we got there for €35 for 4 nights

The sauna wasn’t working and there was building work going on in a nearby hotel so got woken up early by drilling

Great location

Spotless clean room, comfy bed and pillow's, everything was in the kitchen utility wise. Clean towels daily and beds made every day. Massive area for sunbathing. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel area and only 150yrds to the square..

Very poor reception staff on arrival. Didn't have our upgrade details and allocated us a terrible room Thankfully, an early morning email to manager sorted the room out but I was still overcharged as I was charged for an upgrade which I didn't get on the first night.

Lovely hotel and pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful location.

The pool, the view, the access down to coves and onward path into town.

Sadly we are of an age where we need a good mattress. Nobody's fault of course! Bed was not comfortable but we know this is a common issue wherever we go. I would not put the hotel down because of that, I would recommend it. Entertainment for the kids is limited but is that because of the time of year perhaps?

Very nice and really relaxing holiday

It is a lovely hotel clean the pool bar staff were very friendly and food was great we had dinner in the main restaurant a few nights and we enjoyed it good value and food very fresh

Close to bars

Pool area plenty of sun beds. The path that takes you into Santa ponsa.

We had to go get someone from inside the restaurant to serve us on the outside bar of a night .

Great hotel and location

The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking the sea. It’s worth paying extra for a sea view. The breakfast is good but not so great for vegetarians or vegans. There’s bacon, eggs, sausages, omelette cut into squares, baked beans. A selections of cold meats, cheeses, breads, a toaster, cut up fruits (melon and grapefruit) and whole fruit (bananas and oranges) yogurts, small selection of cereals cakes and pastries. The hotel is clean and the pool is lovely and the staff very friendly (apart from one man on reception when we booked in who seemed grumpy . The pool side bar has a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, coffees and ice creams. They also do pizzas, paella, sandwiches, burgers and chips. We just got back and it was less busy this time in September so always plenty of free sunbeds

My daughters were disappointed that there is no pancake maker anymore in the restaurant. The sofa bed was a bit hard and would prefer if we could all sleep in the same room (there were 3 of us). Overall we had a great time at this hotel.
